Planning & Operations

Water resources planning and evaluation of hydrologic conditions and water use operations is critical to the Commission's role in managing the water resources of the Susquehanna River Basin. The Planning & Operations program is primarily responsible for flood coordination & mapping, drought monitoring and coordination, water resources planning, consumptive use mitigation, water availability studies, and project review technical support.
